“Your home should calm your nervous system — not overwhelm it.”

create a calm home that supports your nervous system.

The Problem.

Many homes today feel like…

  • A home filled with constant activity, distractions, and demands that make it hard to feel calm or present. The UNDONE Community helps you create simple routines and spaces that bring quiet and steadiness back into daily life.

  • The feeling that there is always something to clean, organize, or manage, with no real sense of being finished. Inside the community, you learn practical rhythms and systems that make home life feel more manageable and peaceful.

  • Too many responsibilities, expectations, and inputs at once, leaving you mentally and emotionally drained. The UNDONE Method provides reflection tools and gentle guidance to help you slow down and reset your emotional rhythms.

  • A quiet pressure to stay on top of life, home, work, and family while feeling like you're always one step behind. The community encourages a slower, more intentional approach to life so you can focus on what truly matters instead of trying to do everything.

    RELEASE

Let go of the clutter, noise, and unrealistic expectations weighing you down. We start by making space — physically, mentally, emotionally.

  • A beige, scalloped-edged, flower-shaped object or shape.

    RESET

Clear the slate. Reset your home, your mind, and your daily rhythms. This is the deep breath before you begin again.

  • Empty circular frame with a black interior and light blue border

    Refine

Intentionally build routines, traditions, and systems that support the life you actually want — with community beside you every step.

The UNDONE Community

What you get…

A woman with long blonde hair and blue eyes smiling, wearing a red and white striped button-up shirt, indoors with a bright background and black lamps in the distance.
A family of five walking in a grassy field. The mother is holding hands with two children, and the father is holding a young girl in his arms. There are trees in the background and string lights hanging across the field.

Meet Lauren

Lauren Nicholsen is a homemaker, creator, and founder of The Undone Community, a supportive membership for women who want to release overwhelm, reset their rhythms, and rebuild a life that feels peaceful and intentional.

For over a decade, Lauren has welcomed women into her Napa Valley home through YouTube (170K+ subscribers) and Instagram (54K+ followers), sharing cooking, decorating, organizing, and homemaking with warmth and honesty. Over time, she realized women needed more than inspiration. They needed permission to slow down, be honest, and rebuild when life feels overwhelming.

A mother of four and former real estate professional, Lauren created The Undone Method™, a three-phase approach: release what no longer serves you, reset your mind and home, and rebuild with intention and beauty.

Today, The Undone Community brings that method to life through monthly reset kits, reflection prompts, homemaking guidance, and a private space for meaningful connection.

Lauren lives in Napa Valley with her husband Ron, their four children, and a lively mix of dogs, cats, and chickens. Her home is never perfect, and that is exactly the point.
